SECTION 1 – COURSES & PRODUCTS

If you have held up your end of the agreement in the terms and conditions, and for some are not satisfied with the value the program offers, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel my M1 Membership” within 30 days of purchase, and you will be given a full refund subject to the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1.1 – REFUND ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a refund, there are several criteria that need to be met.

  • You are within 30 days of beginning the program.
  • You are not satisfied with the value the program offers.
  • You must have an interview with one of our team members.
  • If the program in question is the M1 Executive or VIP program you must meet the following criteria as well:
    • You must have completed 5 out of the 6 assignments on time.
    • You must have attended all available Pod calls.

Section 1.1.2 – 90-Day Massive Action Challenge Refund Policy

  • You purchased your course between April 14, 2020 & April 17, 2020
  • We are 100% confident that you will see value in this program, and so we are offering a 90-Day money-back guarantee.
  • To begin the refund process, all you have to show us is that you fully went for it, did your homework, and if you’re still not satisfied (and you don’t see value in the program),  we’ll happily return you every cent.
  • Send us your 90-day journal, filled in with your take-aways, actions, and results from each call (whether you attended live or not) to show us that you gave it your best, and if you’re not satisfied, we’ll issue your refund, no questions asked.

SECTION 1.2 – REFUNDS & ADMINISTRATION FEES
Depending on the criteria being met or not the following refund structure will be used.

  • The refund criteria are met in full → Full refund.
  • The refund criteria are met, with the exception that the reason for departure is something other than the satisfaction of the value provided → Refund with an administration fee of $99.
  • The request happens prior to beginning the program → Full refund.
  • The criteria have not been met → No refund.
  • M1 membership paid for the full year, after 30 days, no refund available.
  • The request is to defer the start of the program or to reset with a different launch → First payment kept as a non-refundable deposit.
  • In the event that you are on a payment plan must cancel, the following cancellation fees apply-
    • You account must be up to date 
    • You must give 30 days written notice. If your request is accepted it will be effective 30 days after receipt of your written notice.
    • Upon acceptance of your cancellation you must be current on payments (this includes the month that the cancellation is accepted).
    • You will also pay an additional one month penalty as a cancellation fee.
      • Example: Assuming a member that get’s bills on the first of each month sends a cancellation request on April 11(assuming the member is in good standing). 
        • Request is accepted May 11 (May would have been paid on the 1st)
        • They are charged for June (One Month) as a penalty.
  • If you paid for M1 Executive + Event with the deposit and monthly payment option, $200 per payment is assigned to the Event and the balance is for the M1 Executive Membership and all refunds would be considered and managed the same way as above. If an event had not been chosen then all portions related to the event are refunded. If an event had been chosen and committed to the event policy in Section 2 comes into effect. 
  • If the product in question is the #IAmMovement Mastermind and you paid for the first year in full after 30 days there is no refund.
  • If the product in question is the #IAmMovement Mastermind and you are paying monthly a 30-day notice is required for departure.

SECTION 1.3 – Gobundance

In the event that the member qualifies for GoBundance and chooses to apply and gets accepted, the member understands that their commitment to M1 and its program is not affected. The member is to continue with their participation in M1 and maintain their payments even as a Gobundance member.

SECTION 1.4 – FILING YOUR REQUEST
To file your request, we require an e-mail with the subject line “cancel my M1 membership” to [email protected] stating your intentions to leave the program and request for refund. A team member will then follow up with an interview. Failing to agree to an interview makes your refund null and void.

SECTION 1.5 – REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your interview has happened and your situation reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SECTION 1.6 – LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 2 – Events Cancellation, Refund, Transfer Policy

0-60 days from purchase and at least 90 days prior to the event – Full refund available.
60 days from purchase to 90 days prior to the event – Fully transferable to another event OR you can sell/gift your ticket. 
Less than 90 days to the event – No refunds or transfers available. You can sell/gift your ticket.
Events need to be paid in full prior to 90 days before the event.
